The area is beautiful and long walks around the beach are a must. The accommodation was lovely and it felt like we were in a little village. The local wildlife was extraordinary and very entertaining to watch over the beautiful landscape. Down the road are two wonderful pubs, The Fort and The Boat House, Both provide delicious food although the Boat House was quite expensive. The area provides easy access to Ryde and Newport which leads to most of the Island. The roads are easy to drive with no Motorways or busy commuter roads. No matter where you go the scenery is breathtaking. Seaview is a lovely town, very clean and the people are extremely friendly. We would certainly return.

As an elderly couple with movement problems the nearby seawall and promenade allowed us to enjoy daily walks overlooking the Solent. The variety of yachts, cruise ships and speed boats moving between the mainland and the Island and going out to sea giving us an interesting view.

Seaview has a large dog friendly beach and several eating places nearby that are happy to let dogs in. It is close to Ryde for the hovercraft to the mainland and shops, adventure playgrounds and places to eat.

Seaview its self is very small with very few facilities but is a nice area for sailing or walking along the sea wall. There are a couple of nice pubs in the area but both seemed to be a bit on the expensive side for drinks and food.

We had a wonderful stay at The Brackens, we were lucky to have good weather, so we enjoyed the beautiful garden and short stroll to the beach. The house was lovely with lots of home comforts, very clean with lovely furnishings. Seaview is a lovely little seaside village and we had nice meals at The Old Fort and The Crab and Lobster. The Seabrew coffee stand on the beach sells great coffee and cakes. We made lots of great memories and definitely recommend both the house and location.

Great location a short walk from the beach and town. Seaview itself is very nice and a cut above some of the larger resort towns further along the east coast. Facilities were good. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay, and the shower was good and powerful. All that was missing was some warmer weather to make full use of the outdoor space in the evening!

Really great, spacious and light holiday let! Prefer to sleep in separate rooms (snoring)? No problem! We each had our comfortable room with bathroom. It worked out perfectly! More than enough space for parking. Quiet and nice atmosphere all around. Great access to the beaches nearby. Lovely for bicycling. Easy to get anywhere from the location. The site felt secure and everybody around was friendly.

The bungalow offered good views at the front and back of the property with plenty of space to relax. The location is superb, close to the beach, the little bit of wilderness at the back and near Seaview high street and shops. It was clean and well supplied with the necessary kitchen equipment. It was bright, warm and cosy. Clean and nicely decorated.

So much more inside than what the photos online show so we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival . Everything you could possibly need whilst self catering was available. The place was clean and plenty of plug sockets. In a lovely quiet area of the Isle of Wight and would definitely return, already looking into our next visit 😀
